Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this claim against CEX.IO, including any question about its existence, validity or termination, will be referred to, and finally resolved, through arbitration administered by the Arbitration Court of the BAS, submitting the parties to the procedure of appointment of arbitrators and other provisions of the BAS Arbitration Rules, which will be considered incorporated by reference to this clause.
